Michael Staelens, Ph.D.

College Professor, Canada

College Professor at the Department of Physics and Astronomy, Okanagan College. I maintain an active research program in high-energy physics phenomenology as part of the MoEDAL-MAPP Collaboration. My work combines problem-solving, computational modeling, and scientific investigation expertise with a passion for teaching and effective scientific communication. I am interested in collider phenomenology, searches for new physics beyond the Standard Model, and studies of electromagnetic interactions with biological systems.
